Coach Partners is in active beta. Most weeks bring new features or quality-of-life improvements based on what coaches tell us they need next. Have something missing? Tell us.

A 15-step setup checklist on every dashboard
New coaches now see a Linear-style getting-started checklist in the bottom-right of every signed-in page. Each item links to where the action happens — set your timezone, connect calendar, add your first client, run your first session, save a framework. Dismiss anytime; bring it back from Admin → Show setup tips.

Help center at /help
Common questions, quick answers — calendar setup, intake links, EAP authorizations, exporting your data. Searchable in the marketing footer and from the in-app footer.

Search your clients
The clients list has a search box now. Filter by name, email, or active goal — substring match, instant.
- Improved
One-click email intake links
Next to the Copy button on every intake link, there's now an “Email to {client}” button that opens your email composer pre-filled with the link, subject, and a polite body. Coaches keep full control — the message goes from your address, not noreply.
- Shipped
Activity log for admins
Admin → Activity log shows every meaningful change in your practice — who created what, who edited what, who deleted what, with timestamps and a one-click jump to the affected client or session. Useful for multi-coach orgs and for “wait, who changed this?” moments.

Sign in with Google
Coach Partners now supports Google sign-in alongside the existing email magic link. One tap if you're already signed into Google; the email path still works exactly the same.
- Shipped
24-hour client reminder emails
Configure once at Admin → Client reminder emails — Coach Partners will email each client a heads-up before their session, matched from your calendar feed and your client roster. Subject + body are fully editable with placeholders for the client's name, session date and time, and your coach name + title.

Donations + thank-you page
Coach Partners is free during beta and kept running by donations. There's now a Donate link in every footer, the donation page is hosted on Stripe, and post-payment we drop you on a friendly /thank-you page that thanks you and points at the roadmap-shaping feedback form.

Practice data export (JSON + CSV)
Admin → Your data → download every record we hold for your practice. JSON for portability, CSV for spreadsheets. Encrypted fields (notes, intake, assessments, synopsis) are decrypted in the export so you get plaintext.
- Shipped
Self-serve practice deletion
Admin → Danger zone → Delete practice. Type your practice name to confirm. Deletes everything we have for you in one cascade — clients, sessions, notes, intake, frameworks, billing. Your auth account stays so you can start fresh later if you want.
- Fixed
Mobile nav for the app
Coaches on phones had no way to navigate inside the signed-in app — the desktop nav was hidden with no replacement. Tapping the hamburger now opens a side drawer with Dashboard / Coach / Setup / Stats / Admin and sign-out.

- Improved
Brand: favicon + Coach Partners logo
New “CP” favicon in your browser tab and on iOS home screen. A standalone 512×512 logo for the Google OAuth consent screen and Stripe — both surfaces now show the Coach Partners brand instead of a placeholder.

Plain-English data-ownership terms
/terms is no longer a stub. The standing position on who owns your data, what we do and don't do with it, and how to export or delete is now stated explicitly. Full lawyer-reviewed version still pending pre-public-launch.

Upcoming sessions feed from Google Calendar
Paste your Google Calendar's secret iCal URL into Admin and your upcoming coaching sessions appear on the dashboard, matched to your clients by name. Cleaner than scheduling sessions twice (once in your calendar, once in the app).

Per-client billing models
Each client can be billed on a different model: EAP authorization, monthly retainer (with included sessions cap + overage rate), pay-per-session, package, or free. A monthly summary card on the client profile shows usage against whichever model applies.
